This flat has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The balcony overlooks the sea. This complex is ideal for families with children. From the balcony you can also see the swimming pool where you can look after your children. The whole house has all the necessary equipment for you.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we don't provide cooking spices, cleaning or hygiene products.

The complex has an adult and children's swimming pool. There is a tennis court, subject to availability. In the pool area there are various amusements for the children.

The pool area belongs to the Casa Vela Pool Bar and Restaurant. This restaurant is a great place to relax and have a good meal at the right price.

The complex also has a private car park.

This complex is situated close to the beach, in a totally quiet area, suitable for tourists and people who like a peaceful residence.

It is located 2 km from Albufeira's old town.

The urbanisation of this villa is in a luxurious part of town where the noise of nightlife and urban stress are not enough. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can buy basic products and essentials for your holiday. Albufeira Marina is a 20-minute walk away.

There are a couple of beaches (S. Rafaf and Praia dos Arrifes) that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes.


There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes away that can take you to the city centre or anywhere else in the city. At this stop there is also a tourist bus that passes by the main sights of our city.

Additional rules and necessary information


- Please note that if you are a guest under 25, or a group of parties, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week of check-out.


In the event of damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, find out how to do it in advance and refund the difference.


- Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, together with the check-in information, which will be given via my colleague in the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.


- We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. To do this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets and towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.


- We are Pet Friendly - you must inform us that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning charge (to be calculated based on the type of property).


- Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people in the house. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, upon request.


- We can arrange an airport transfer for you, upon prior request.


- For stays longer than 25 days - usually during the winter season - we ask for payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property)
