Newly renovated holiday flat on the 1st floor with enclosed south-facing balcony. Modern kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC. Can be ideally combined with the App. Eisenbreche as an additional second bedroom.

Free car park at the house, garage parking space can be booked. Ideal starting point for walks, hikes, mountain tours, bike tours and in winter to the cross-country ski run.
Garage parking space bookable - surcharge 5.00 euros per day.
The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 14:00, please plan your departure by 10:00 at the latest.
