Location description:
Our finca is located in the picturesque hinterland. It is hidden above the white mountain village of Cómpeta on a 2000 square metre plot with old olive trees, fragrant herbs and wild orchids. This place offers a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains, the fertile valley and the blue Mediterranean Sea. On clear days, the rocks of Gibraltar can be seen and the Rif Mountains of Africa appear on the horizon. The picturesque alleyways of Cómpeta can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Features:
The finca has two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one of them ensuite, a large living & dining area, an open and generously equipped kitchen, central heating, a fireplace, a music system, digital satellite TV with German programmes.

Each bedroom offers the comfort of a comfortable king-size box-spring bed. You will find plenty of space for your wardrobe in the built-in wardrobes.

The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and much more.

Pans, pots and crockery are also provided in sufficient quantities.

Casa Emilia is designed for a maximum of four adults.

Outdoor area:
Take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy the Andalusian sunshine.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the 2065m high Maroma, the highest mountain in the province of Malaga, which sometimes wears a snow cap until April.

Special features:
In a small storage room you will find a washing machine, which can be used free of charge. The house has a fibre optic connection and the internet is included.
