Located in the heart of Colmar, opposite the Unterlinden Museum, this 89 m² apartment is fully renovated and situated on the quiet second floor.
Stay in a spacious, fully renovated 89 m² apartment ideally located in the very center of Colmar, opposite the Unterlinden Museum. Located on the second floor of the building, accessible by elevator, this apartment benefits from a central location while offering a very peaceful environment. The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave, opening onto a living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and internet access. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms comfortably accommodating several guests: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). The accommodation also includes a shower room and a toilet. For your comfort, a baby cot is available (linens not included, except for the mattress cover). You have access to a private underground parking garage located just 50 meters from the apartment, with 1 or 2 free spaces.
Please note that access is limited to vehicles under 1.80 m in height (roof boxes are not permitted). The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, Wi-Fi, and all linens provided (bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens). Beds are made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
All utilities are included in the price. Non-smoking accommodation.

Pets are not allowed. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 9:00 AM. Property managed by a professional.
