Located on the beautiful Reelig estate, just 20 minutes drive from Inverness is Baillie Chalet.
The location of the chalet is a wildlife lovers dream, set back in the woodlands of the estate.
There are regular sightings of red squirrels, badgers, pine martins and deer, with numerous bird species also present.
The area of Reelig is perfect for walking & exploring the stunning Scottish countryside, with the town of Beauly and city of Inverness just a short distance away.
As a self-catering chalet, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, kettle & washing machine.
This chalet has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
Bedroom number 1 has a double bed, with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.
The recently refurbished bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Linen and towels are provided.
CHALET NOTES Check in is available from 4pm, and guests are kindly asked to vacate the property by 10am.
The chalet has its own car park off street.
Smoking is not permitted within the chalet.
Parties & stag/hen groups are not permitted.
We do not have WIFI!!! 4G signal is readily available.
Guests are kindly asked to leave the chalets as tidy as possible, and report any accidents or breakages.

The privacy, the green around, the quiet, the place and location are amazing for a relaxing a couple of days. Well equipped with everything you need.
No WiFi. That's an important factor for people travelling from abroad.

This place was wonderful! Very peaceful and cozy not too far from Inverness. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and gave very precise directions so it was very easy to find. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking to explore the area.

La ubicación fue increíble. Naturaleza y paseos muy agradables. La casa estaba muy bien, limpia cuidada y en medio de la naturaleza, que era lo que íbamos buscando.
La zona del alojamiento no tenia buena cobertura, aunque viene bien para desconectar, y no había wifi. La casa muy bien equipada, faltaba algo de presión en la ducha.
