Charming small independent villa with private pool situated on the hills surrounding the small town of Cambiano, approx. 45 km from Florence.
This villa offers nice outdoor areas with a beautiful panoramic terrace, gazebo, furnished garden and private pool.

The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Fontanelle with general stores 500 m, a nice restaurant / pizzeria 100 m away, Cambiano 4 km, Castelfiorentino with general stores and railway station 7 km, Empoli 7 km away, Certaldo 17 km, San Gimignano 30 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km, Lucca 55 km, Pisa (airport) 58 km, Siena 65 km away.
