If you're a lover of old stones, nature and tranquillity, this pretty Breton stone house will be your ideal retreat for a stay at the tip of Finistère. This charming building is ideally situated in a peaceful setting yet close to the sea, with the magnificent 3 moutons beach just 1 km away on foot.


Entrancing into the house, you'll find a large living room full of charm with a fireplace that will allow you to warm up by the fire after a winter walk along the footpath. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, and on the ground floor you'll also find a separate WC and a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and bathroom with shower.


Upstairs, you'll find the 3 other bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: one has a bunk bed and the other 2 single beds. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds, making it possible to make 2 single beds or a double bed in 160. On this level you will also find a large bathroom with a double washbasin, shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.


Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find a large room with a small sea view from the window. This room is equipped with a table and sofa, ideal for children to play or for everyone to get together to play a board game for example!


Outside you can enjoy a very large garden, an outdoor table or deckchairs to enjoy the lovely summer days. The house is situated in a quiet little street, with easy access on foot to the 3 moutons beach, and the GR34 also passes through the dunes on this beach.


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local produce and a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit.


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
