   THE SPACE     The house is located in Cabrils, 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The house is arranged on two floors, and it has a garden area with a private swimming pool, an exterior pergola, and a BBQ area!    FIRST FLOOR  The house is distributed in two floors. On the first floor, where the entrance is, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: SUITE: a suite with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with a table and outdoor chairs. TWIN 1: bedroom with two single beds TWIN 2: bedroom with two single beds BATHROOM: with a shower      LOWER FLOOR On the lower floor, there is a spacious KITCHEN, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a large freezer. There is also a DOUBLE BEDROOM with views to the swimming pool, and just in front of it a FULL BATHROOM with shower and a LAUNDRY ROOM. On this floor, there is also the LIVING ROOM, divided into two spaces: the sofa area, with a FIREPLACE and a center table, and the dining area, equipped with a table and chairs.    The living room communicates with a GALLERY with glass walls, equipped with ceiling fans. The luminous GALLERY offers views of the garden and the swimming pool. During the summer, the windows are open to let the air pass through, and in the winter they are closed and create a warm and pleasant space.    GARDEN
It is decorated with a beautiful olive tree that shades the NATURAL GRASS. There is a PRIVATE POOL with SUN LOUNGES, deckchairs, and chairs. There is also a PERGOLA/PORCH, equipped with a big table and chairs, and the BBQ BARBECUE area behind the porch. An ideal place to spend time outdoors during the warm summer nights, or the soft winter mornings! The living room and the suite have air conditioning. The rest of the rooms have ceiling fans. Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old

"OUR DESTINY DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY": Please, check that you can comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is essential to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!      HOUSE RULES    - It is not available to groups under 25 years old.   - The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.   - All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.   - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.   - It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.   - Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.     IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.   - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.   - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.  We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.    - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.   - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power   - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed   IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE LEFT IMMEDIATELY  We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.
   DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   
The house is located in a residential area of very quiet single-family houses. Several services are available within a very short drive: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional shops.
Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair, and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona, in the Maresme region.
The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand...
 
HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA    PRIVATE TRANSPORT   
We advise on how to combine the use of private transportation with the use of public transportation.
- Own vehicle: We consider it essential for more independence.  (Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit Barcelona with vehicles registered outside Spain)
  Once in the village center, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.    PUBLIC TRANSPORT   
There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona

-TAXI: There is a regular TAXI service.
All services should be booked in advance.

- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.

-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya takes between 25 and 35 minutes.

   BARCELONA   
It is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

"El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains. 
The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, and its proximity to the city of Barcelona, make this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.
The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horseback riding, sports centers, and wide sandy beaches.
It also offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.

'LA MOSTRA' - THE EXHIBITION: Gastronomic, Commercial and Crafts Fair
As part of the Festa Major de Santa Helena in August, it is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cavas in the region.
MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival
It is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music. In 2015, the festival made a change of projection evolving into a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August. They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.
