Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment in a quiet house directly on the lake! Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm studio apartment on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The sofa bed comfortably accommodates 2 people. A Smart TV (media libraries only) and Wi-Fi are available in the apartment. Enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and the sunset from your private balcony.
The location is ideal, only a 10-minute walk from the center of Überlingen.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find a relaxing Kneipp facility, a bus stop, and a bakery for your convenience. The lido, restaurants, and a tennis court are only about 500 meters away, and you can cycle along the lake directly from the house to Meersburg.
Free parking is available to facilitate your arrival and mobility. We look forward to welcoming you to our small vacation apartment on Lake Constance! Key Pickup: The key safe is located 15 minutes from the accommodation at the office. We thank you for your understanding and are happy to assist with any further questions. Important Booking Information: 1. Deposit: A deposit is required for your booking. 2. Children: This apartment is not suitable for children and is intended exclusively for couples. 4. Payment Processing via Booking Portals: Payment is not made through the booking portals but directly through our administration – with the exception of bookings made via Airbnb. 5. Security Deposit: A security deposit is collected upon booking.
This will be refunded no later than 14 days after your departure, following a successful inspection of the accommodation. 6. Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is calculated separately and listed after booking.
