Welcome to our cosy holiday flat in a quiet house right on the lakeshore! Our lovingly furnished 30 square metre one-room flat on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The sofa bed comfortably sleeps 2 people, while a foldaway bed offers additional sleeping comfort.

Enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and the sunset from your own balcony. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Überlingen. In the immediate vicinity you will find a relaxing Kneipp facility, a bus stop and a bakery for your convenience.

The lido, restaurants and a tennis court are only about 500 metres away, and you can cycle directly from the house along the lake to Meersburg. Free parking is available to facilitate your arrival and mobility.

Please note that this is a compact flat that accommodates a foldaway bed. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a double bed, which occupies the living room when used as a double bed...

Due to the challenges during peak season, it may be difficult to hand over the keys in person. We would therefore like to ask you to collect the key from the key safe at our head office, which is only 10 minutes away. This way you can access the key independently and conveniently.

3. payment methods: We only accept payments by bank transfer. Cash and credit card payments are not possible.

4. Payment processing via booking portals: Payment is not made via the booking portals, but directly via our administration - with the exception of bookings via Airbnb.

5. Deposit: A deposit is charged at the time of booking. This will be refunded no later than 14 days after your departure, after successful inspection of the accommodation.

6. Tourist tax: The tourist tax will be charged separately and listed after booking
