Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment in a quiet house directly on the lakefront! Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm studio apartment on the 3rd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The sofa bed comfortably sleeps 2 people, while a pull-down bed provides additional sleeping comfort. A Smart TV (media library only) and Wi-Fi are available in the apartment. Enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and the sunset from your private balcony.

The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from Überlingen's city center.

In close proximity, you'll find a relaxing Kneipp facility, a bus stop, and a bakery for your convenience. The lido, restaurants, and a tennis court are only about 500 meters away, and you can cycle along the lake directly from the house to Meersburg.

Free parking is available to facilitate your arrival and mobility. Please note that this is a compact apartment that houses a pull-down bed.

The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a double bed, which, when used as a double bed, occupies the living room. Due to the challenges during peak season, a personal key handover may be difficult.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to collect the key from the key safe at our company headquarters, located just 15 minutes away.

This will be refunded no later than 14 days after your departure, following a successful inspection of the accommodation. 6.
