Ruhiges Haus mit Fahrstuhl, Garagenplatz, Fahrräder konnten untergestellt werden, großer Balkon, Aufteilung der Wohnung optimal, Radweg und Strandbad in nächster Nähe, Städtchen auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen!
Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das sitzende Duschen in der Wanne! Es fehlt ein Duschvorhang.
