Located in Plescop, 5 minutes from the marina and the SNCF train station, we offer you "Le clos du Lenn", a pretty, contemporary, atypical architect-designed single-storey house of 85 m², with a bright interior and trendy, well-cared-for decoration. Fiber included!
The house is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a lounge/dining area, offering plenty of light and inviting you to relax and unwind.
- A beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped and fitted.
- A master suite: 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and a storage/dressing area.
- 2 other beautifully decorated bedrooms: each with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and a storage/dressing area.
- Two bathrooms (including 1 with bathtub in the master suite).
- Separate WC.
Exterior:
- 650 m² landscaped garden with garden furniture
- A pleasant patio with an attractive 15 m² west-facing wooden terrace for barbecues and summer evenings.
Special features: This architect-designed house comprises a house and an apartment, which are connected and separated by a laundry area. The L'ANNEXE apartment has private access and a small private garden for two people, and can be rented at the same time or independently of the house via Cocoonr.

Located less than 2 kilometers from shops and restaurants, 5 kilometers from both the TGV train station and the port of Vannes.
Transportation:
By car: There is a private parking lot which includes the Clos du Lenn rental and the L'Annexe rental.
Suitable for all types of vehicles. The parking lot is not enclosed.
