In Belgentier, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 25 m² air-conditioned house in the heart of an olive grove, overlooking the hill, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It features an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), a private garden and a terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
- An 18 m² living room with sofa bed, Fire TV (access to Netflix, Dysney+ and Prime Video) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, Airfryer Ninja, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan.
Exterior:
At the rear of the property, on the hillside, you will find a flat, unoverlooked area of around 100 m2 under the pine trees, with a private, south-facing, 18 m2 wooden terrace with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
There is also a reserved parking space on the 5,000 m² property, which is fully enclosed and surrounded by olive trees.
- A shared, unheated 4mx8m swimming pool, open 9am to 8pm in high season, 9am to 8pm in low season.
The house is ideally located in Belgentier, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Gite l'Instant Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Patrice et Corinne. Brigitte nous a accueillis et nous a fait découvrir ce charmant coin de paradis perdu dans les collines dd Belgentier. Pour un séjour paisible, nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Gite l'Instant Had a very pleasant stay. All was as described and what we expected. Real friendly host and awesome location. Private terrace for bbq and access to a pool. Close to great beaches.
