Furthermore, all rooms and the balcony door are equipped with insect screens. This modern, detached architect-designed house with a large, sunny southwest-facing terrace and its own carport is located a three-minute walk from the center of Schwaz.

The house is situated in a traffic-calmed zone (residential and play street).

The apartment is modernly furnished and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The bright, spacious living room with a relaxation and work gallery is equipped with a soapstone stove and a sofa bed. A carport is located directly at the entrance. Do you want to arrive by public transport? No problem.

Schwaz train station (distance 950m) is a 14-minute walk away. High-quality cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge via the building's own fiber optic connection.

Bed linen and towels are included. A final cleaning fee of €70 will be charged. As a rule, our guests are personally welcomed upon arrival and given all necessary information regarding the accommodation (lighting, TV and sound system, Wi-Fi, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, waste separation, etc.). Key handover is via an electronic key safe.

The necessary PIN number will be sent with additional arrival information shortly before the arrival date via the provided contact email. Guest registration is done via a self-check-in procedure.

Registration is carried out using a QR code displayed in the accommodation.
