The house is located on the outskirts of the village center of Übelbach, with the center 150m away.
It is very well accessible by public transport, yet situated in a rural environment – hiking trails lead up to 2000m. The location is ideal for planning excursions in the region, such as the Stübing Open-Air Museum, Lurgrotte, Kesselfall, the provincial capital Graz, the South Styrian Wine Route, Mautern Wildlife Park, Piber Lipizzaner Stud, among others, or if you simply want to explore the immediate surroundings on a leisurely stroll.
Without a car, you can embark on extensive hikes directly from your doorstep. Just 20 km northwest of the provincial capital of Styria, Graz, the idyllic Übelbach Valley is surrounded by mountains, meadows, and green forests.
