The holiday home is reached by walking through a fragrant canopy of strawberry grapes that leads you into a cosy oasis complemented by an open-air dining setup to enjoy meals outside. The property is spread over two levels, with the lower featuring a simple yet comfortable living room alongside a fully-equipped kitchenette.
Guests have access to a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooker hob and fridge, perfect for whipping up effortless homemade meals. Sleeping First Floor Bedroom: The balcony bedroom has a double sofa bed, Smart TV, a wardrobe and a modern ensuite bathroom. Living room: The single sofa can be used to sleep 1 guest in comfort and a service bathroom is provided Bathroom The modern and fully fitted ensuite bathroom has a shower box, WC and bidet. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am See in Meina, kann also zu Fuss gut erreicht werden. Es hat eine Bäckerei fast direkt nebenan und eine Apotheke in 3min Gehdistanz, was super ist für alle Fälle! Es hat alles was man braucht zum essen, trinken und kochen. In beiden Badzimmern waren neue Seifen plus Duschg...
Leider ist man ohne Auto total aufgeschmissen! Es gibt zwar einen Bus in die nächstgrössere Stadt Arona, aber der letzte Bus fährt dort um 19 Uhr zurück. Es gibt 2 Taxiunternehmen in der ganzen Region, das eine war nie erteichbar und das andere ist tagsüber zwar zuverlässig, fährt aber nach 22 Uhr n...

Die Wohnung roch bereits bei der Ankunft modrig und war trotz Lüften dauerhaft feucht. Wir haben sogar Schimmel am Geschirr im Schrank entdecken müssen. Die Wohnung hat leider keinerlei Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, was ein Lüften in den kühleren Abend- und Nachtstunden quasi unmöglich macht...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, toller Balkon und schöne Terrasse. Küche ist auch relativ gut eingerichtet, das nötigste an Utensilien ist vorhanden. Nur abends wird es (im April) etwas kalt im Haus. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte (wegen der Temperaturen) mehr Decken geben können.
