Immersed in the countryside between Alberobello and Putignano, this villa surrounded by olive groves offers guests all the comforts they need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Completely renovated, the villa is entirely on the ground floor. Inside is the living area, consisting of a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a small living room with sofa and flat-screen TV. The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds and a room with two single beds. Completing the layout are two bathrooms with shower.


The highlight of the property are the spacious outdoor spaces: a covered area with a large table for outdoor dining, barbecue area and a large private pool with sun umbrella and sunbeds.


Our guests will have additional amenities such as: Free Wifi, washing machine and air conditioning in some bedrooms.

Guests will be able to make use of four uncovered parking spaces within the property.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.

Putignano is an ancient village located on the Murgia plateau, in the province of Bari. From a naturalistic point of view, this area is characterised by its karstic nature and the beauty of its landscape, rich in dolines, wells and caves that can be visited. Famous is the Putignano cave, also known as Grotta del Trullo, the first karstic cave used for tourism purposes in the whole of Apulia. The town of Putignano is known for its Carnival tradition dating back to the Magna Grecia era, the oldest in Europe. Its historical centre is characterised by the presence of numerous monuments and churches. In the heart of the town is Piazza Plebiscito, overlooked by the three buildings representing the three powers: the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, Palazzo del Balì and 'Il Sedile', the old town hall. A few kilometres away are the famous Trulli of Alberobello, the Grotte di Castellana and Locorotondo. In 60 minutes by car you can reach the coast of Taranto and the city of the Sassi, capital of culture, Matera. Putignano is the ideal place for a holiday of sea, nature, history, culture and food and wine.
