About an hour’s drive to the center of Trondheim with popular attractions like the Nidaros Cathedral, Erkebispegården and the 18th century houses by the river Nidelven.
The fjords in the area and the Åstfjord have sheltered waters for fishing all year round and are excellent fishing fjords.
In the months of February to May and September to November, there are larger quantities of fish in the Hemnefjord and further afield: Cod, pollock, sole, haddock, big pollock etc. 100m to the boathouse with Filleting place for fish with light and water.
Boats for rent: 1x 17-foot Selfa with 50 HP engine, GPS/chart plotter/sonar and 6 rod holders.
The boat is located in the marina at Mjønes, 5 minutes from the house.
