Description of the accommodation
Modern holiday flat with luxury furnishings and private pool in 2nd sea line of Colónia Sant Jordi.
Our top equipped holiday flat on the ground floor of a quiet three-family house has a living space of approx. 120 sqm of luxury class with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious and open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining high-quality kitchen. The living and kitchen area leads to the approx. 40 square metre porch with access to the terrace and the pool area (4 x 8 m) with outdoor shower. The private garden and pool are exclusively for our guests in this holiday flat. It also has heating and air conditioning (c/w).
The holiday flat is centrally located. Pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. You can go for a stroll and usually find what you are looking for with this great offer. The very popular night market takes place every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The natural beach "Es Trenc" is also within easy walking distance. It is not without good reason that "Es Trenc" is also known as the "Caribbean of Mallorca". You can walk for hours and find unspoilt beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita, you will find everything you need for a dream holiday. Towards Sa Rapita you will find beach bars offering snacks, coffee and ensaimadas or snacks. Places in the surrounding area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful Placa...
The beautiful village of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also known as the "Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc" is the only unspoilt beach on the island. Sports facilities: Hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. Bicycles can be hired in the village. There is a regular bus service to Palma during the day. Every day there is an excursion boat to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka... The beautiful harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. are all within easy walking distance. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca!

In the winter months December to March the holiday home has no internet and no WLAN.
To be paid on site in cash on the day of arrival: deposit of 200 euros, tourist tax (persons aged 16 and over) max. two euros 2.20 euros per person per night.
To be paid in cash on the day of departure: personal electricity consumption (meter reading on arrival/departure day 0.28 euros/Kwh).
