This modern and dreamlike holiday home is located in the heart of Colonia Sant Jordi in a quiet side street. Various shops, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Pharmacies, banks and doctors are also within easy reach. On 2 levels and a living area of approx. 300 m2, the completely fenced and tastefully furnished villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. 2 bedrooms have their own terrace. On each floor there is 1 modern bathroom with bidet and WC (1 bathroom with shower / 1 bathroom with bathtub). On the lower floor there is a very spacious and open-plan living/dining area with an adjoining separate, high-quality and fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining area leads onto the terrace and the adjoining fenced pool area. The BBQ is located in the lovingly landscaped garden, which can also be accessed separately from the kitchen. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool for your well-deserved relaxation. There is plenty of free parking in front of the villa, but you can also park your bikes or scooters in the villa's own garage, which is located in the lower part of the villa. Directly adjacent to the garage is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines. The modern design paired with light-coloured furniture creates a feel-good ambience. Description of the surrounding area:
The villa is centrally located in Colonia Sant Jordi in a quiet side street. The picturesque harbour, the sea with its fine white sandy beaches, restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few metres from the villa. It's a great place to go for a stroll and you'll usually find some great Mallorcan specialities. In Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The famous natural beach of Es Trenc is also not far away and can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Es Trenc is also known as the "Caribbean of Mallorca", and not without good reason. You can walk for hours and find other unspoilt beaches such as Es Dolc, Es Carbo or Cala Galiota. The beaches are very child-friendly as they are gently sloping and run far into the sea. In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer snacks, coffee and ensaimadas. The surrounding villages are well worth a visit: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful placa...

Leisure activities:
The beautiful village of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also known as the "Caribbean" of Mallorca. Here you will find bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc" is the only unspoilt beach on the island. Sports facilities: Hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling. Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. Bicycles can be hired in the village. An excursion boat leaves for the island of Cabrera every day. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka... There is also a daily bus service to the capital Palma with its picturesque old town and imposing cathedral.

Arrival information:
On your arrival, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

Arrival/Departure:
You can check in with us at 4 pm, but changes are also possible on both sides by arrangement. On the day of your departure, we will see you off at 10 am, although changes are also possible by arrangement.

We will look after you during your holiday in German, English or Spanish and can be reached at any time by phone, Whatsapp or in person and will be happy to give you tips or suggestions.
