Marina di Ascea is a small holiday resort with long, fine sandy beaches.
In summer, life takes place along its long seaside promenade, which is lined by small bars and restaurants and where you can go for leisurely strolls.
The town is widely known for its excavations of remains from the 6th century! The small residential area above the town center where owner Mino’s loft is located is slightly more than 1 km from the sandy beaches and a perfect spot for relaxing. MODERN APARTMENT Il Loft di Mino is a approx. 90 m² apartment for up to 4 persons with modern furnishing and fittings to provide for any kind of comfort.
Its center is the large, light-flooded living area with a cozy couch corner to the one side and a large kitchen-dining area with well-appointed kitchen unit (incl. dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator) and tasteful dining furniture to the other side.
There’s even a mobile glass-top table, which you could use as additional work surface. There are two sleeping areas with a double bed each.
One is found behind the dining area and hidden from view by a bookcase and a curtain, the other one is a separate room held in minimalist style.
The apartment has got one bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).
The apartment features fly screens in the windows, free WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and comes with a parking space.
A children’s bed and highchair are available on request. POOL & OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor area of Il Loft di Mino is simply gorgeous.
The private pool with massage system in the midst of a small grassed area catches your eye immediately; there is also a sun terrace on the property.
The pool is open from mid-April to October (changes due to weather conditions possible). A table, chairs and loungers are found on the apartment's tiled terrace, where you can savor what you have prepared on the grill, let the day fade away while enjoying an aperitif, simply take it easy. IN THE NEARER SURROUNDINGS Marina di Ascea’s wonderful, wide sandy beaches, which fly the Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) for excellent water and bathing quality, are slightly more than 1 km from the holiday accommodation.
A cultural highlight which is approx. 2-3 km off: the UNESCO listed archaeological excavations of Elea. Children’s bed and high chair available on request. Pool with massage function. Bed linen & towels: one-time furnishing included - Change of bed linen & towels upon request (and to be paid) on site: € 15 /person per week. Deposit: € 350 – due upon arrival. Visitor’s tax - due on site: € 1 /person per day (no responsibility taken). Pool open: mid-April – October (changes due to weather conditions possible) - Pool not heated.
