CILENTO IN ITS MOST ELEGANT FORM
Living and holidays in Cilento often have something rustic and close to nature about them. Villa Naima, with its elegant, perfectly formed appearance, breaks with this familiar image. You enter the house via the large living area with an open, chic kitchenette and simply think "Wow!".

The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows in the living/dining area lead out to the covered sea view balcony, which extends across the entire width of the room. The first thing that catches the eye is not necessarily the beautiful panoramic view of the Cilento coast, but the large dining table that was specially made for this room. The sofa, smart TV and the very individual chest of drawers quickly become supporting actors. The open-plan kitchen with bar is perfectly integrated into the airy, bright room.

4 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS AND EACH WITH ITS OWN BATHROOM add to the special comfort of the villa. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two in the attic of the house, which can be reached via an external staircase. Villa Naima is equipped with electric heating.

POOL WITH SEA VIEWS & SUN TERRACE
One reason not to leave the house and property is definitely the very inviting 8 m x 3 m sea view pool, which can be reached via the sea view balcony, which is open to the pool area. One of the ground floor bedrooms also has direct access to the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture in the sunny pool area, which can also be used as a terrace.
The grounds of Villa Naima are completely fenced. In the driveway to the property, directly in front of the house, there is space for at least two cars.

THE HOLIDAY RESORT MARINA DI ASCEA
Marina di Ascea is a classic Italian seaside and holiday resort thanks to its long, fine sandy beach. Between June and the beginning of September, life takes place mainly on the seafront promenade with its lido, small bars and restaurants, promenade and cycle path.
The sea and beach are approx. 1.5 km from Villa Naima. If you want to get to the sea on foot or by bike, please note that the ascent to the house is sometimes quite steep.

At the southern end of the Lungomare there is a small headland called "La Scogliera". For us, it is the most beautiful place to swim in the village. This is also where the "Il sentiero degli Innamorati" hiking trail leads up to the headland, from where you can enjoy a wonderful panorama and unique sunsets. The beach restaurant of the same name also serves simple and delicious dishes until late afternoon.

BUY LOCAL AND CILENTAN!
The CONAD supermarket, which is approx. 1.5 km away and open all year round, offers a comprehensive range of shopping options.
On the other hand, if you are looking for Cilento specialities such as Aglianico and Fiano wine, olive oil, cheese and pickled fish, we have two recommendations for you:
On the one hand, your host Mino sells a variety of local delicacies under his own brand "Cibo Autentico", which are truly outstanding and of excellent quality.

In addition to fresh buffalo, goat and cow cheese, Tenuta Chirico also sells numerous products from traditional family businesses in the Cilento region. The Tenuta is located just outside the village if you turn off at the roundabout coming from the north in the direction of Pisciotta and Vallo della Lucania. We would recommend a visit to Tenuta Chirico for the delicious buffalo milk ice creams alone, for which Silvia Chirico has already won several awards.

THE CILENTO IN ITS MOST ELEGANT FORM
Living and vacationing in the Cilento are often and rightly so associated with 'cozily traditional/rustic' and 'close to nature'. Elegant, perfectly designed Villa Naima in some respect breaks a bit with this so familiar image. When entering the house into the large living area with open, chic kitchen area your first impression is "Wow!".

The large panorama-style door in the living-dining area opens onto a roofed sea view balcony. The fantastic panorama of the Cilento coast might not be the first thing to catch your eye, but the large dining table handcrafted exclusively for this room. It makes sofa, Smart-TV and the quite individual chest of drawers seem like convenient, 'supporting' extras. The open, very well-appointed kitchen (incl. induction stove, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer) with counter fits perfectly into the airy, bright room.

4 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BED AND EN SUITE BATHROOM EACH (shower/WC/bidet) surely add to the comfort Villa Naima offers. Two bedrooms are found on the ground floor, two on the attic floor, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
Furnishing of Villa Naima also includes air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and washing machine. A children's bed and highchair can be provided upon request.

POOL WITH SEA VIEW & SUN TERRACE
A reason for spending a lot of your 'holiday hours' at the villa and on its premises might be the attractive, sunny pool area, where you find a 8 m x 3 m sea view pool and sufficient outdoor furniture (incl. sun loungers, barbecue) at your disposal. From inside the villa, the pool area is accessible via the sea view balcony and directly from one of the ground-floor bedrooms.
The premises of Villa Naima are completely fenced. Parking for at least two cars is available right in front of the house.

HOLIDAY RESORT MARINA DI ASCEA

Supermarket CONAD, approx. 1.5 km off and open year-round, is where you can buy and get almost anything you need.

The offer at Tenuta Chirico includes not only fresh buffalo, goat and cow cheese, but also a large choice of products from traditional Cilento family enterprises. The Tenuta is located somewhat outside of town, arriving from the north you only need turn towards Pisciotta and Vallo della Lucania at the roundabout. Stopping by Tenuta Chirico is worth your while simply because of the various, delicious ice cream flavours made from buffalo milk and for which Silvia Chirico has been repeatedly commended.
