When entering the house into the large living area with open, chic kitchen area your first impression is "Wow!". The large panorama-style door in the living-dining area opens onto a roofed sea view balcony.

The fantastic panorama of the Cilento coast might not be the first thing to catch your eye, but the large dining table handcrafted exclusively for this room.

It makes sofa, Smart-TV and the quite individual chest of drawers seem like convenient, 'supporting' extras.

The open, very well-appointed kitchen (incl. induction stove, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer) with counter fits perfectly into the airy, bright room. 4 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BED AND EN SUITE BATHROOM EACH (shower/WC/bidet) surely add to the comfort Villa Naima offers.

Two bedrooms are found on the ground floor, two on the attic floor, which is accessible via an outdoor staircase. Furnishing of Villa Naima also includes air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and washing machine.

A children's bed and highchair can be provided upon request. POOL WITH SEA VIEW & SUN TERRACE A reason for spending a lot of your 'holiday hours' at the villa and on its premises might be the attractive, sunny pool area, where you find a 8 m x 3 m sea view pool and sufficient outdoor furniture (incl. sun loungers, grill) at your disposal.

From inside the villa, the pool area is accessible via the sea view balcony and directly from one of the ground-floor bedrooms. The premises of Villa Naima are completely fenced.

Parking for at least two cars is available right in front of the house. HOLIDAY RESORT MARINA DI ASCEA Marina di Ascea with its long, fine sandy beach is a classic Italian seaside and holiday resort.

From June to the beginning of September life takes place, for the most part, along the seaside promenade with lido, small bars and restaurants, walk and bike lane. The sea and the beach are ca. 1.5 km from Villa Naima.

Walking or cycling to the sea is of course possible, but mention be made that the way up to the villa is sometimes rather steep. The southern end of the lungomare is marked by a small headland called "La Scogliera".

We consider it the town's most beautiful spot for swimming and bathing in the sea.

At the beach bar/restaurant of the same name, plain, yet delicious dishes are served until the late afternoon. A hiking trail by the lovely name of "Il sentiero degli Innamorati" runs up to the top of the headland, where you are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view and, in the evenings, unique sunsets. BUY LOCAL AND CILENTAN! Supermarket CONAD, ca. 1.5 km off and open year-round, is where you can buy and get almost anything you need. If you are on the look-out for Cilentan specialties such as Aglianico and Fiano wines, olive oil, cheese, fish in brine, we have got two recommendations: Cibo Autentico: It is the label for a wide range of outstanding local delicacies of excellent quality offered for sale by Mino, landlord of Villa Naima. Tenuta Chirico: Its offer includes not only fresh buffalo, goat and cow cheese, but also a large choice of products from traditional Cilento family enterprises.

Tenuta Chirico is located somewhat outside of town, arriving from the north you need only turn towards Pisciotta and Vallo della Lucania at the roundabout.

Stopping by is worth your while simply because of the various, delicious ice cream flavors made from buffalo milk, for which Silvia Chirico has already received numerous awards.
