In the heart of Ars-en-Ré on Île de Ré, this simple, charming holiday home invites you to enjoy village life close to the coast. You can leave your bicycles in the dead-end lane and bring out the chairs for an aperitif in the sun.
The 35 m² house sleeps up to 3 guests, including a maximum of 2 children. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has 1 single bed and the other has 2 single beds.
The 3 m² kitchen-diner has electric hobs, a fridge and a microwave with an oven function for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker. Wi-Fi, a TV with French channels, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also provided. Consumption costs are included.
A restaurant is approximately 130 m away, a supermarket 340 m and a beach 960 m, all measured in a straight line. You might cycle through the marshes, visit the harbour or market, or take a day trip to La Rochelle, where you can take a boat to Île d’Oléron or visit Fort Boyard.
Free parking is available nearby. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the house.

voisins et résidents très agréables
Le stationnement très complique même sur les parking proches.
NewLogement très humide, allergisant, nous avons eu des crises d'asthme.

Rien pour le logement.
Nous avons cherché les clés pendant 1 heure car il n y avait pas de boîte à clés comme indiqué. Nous les avons trouvées sous un petit paillasson trempé. Nous vous avons téléphoné mais personne n a répondu !! Nous pensions à une arnaque!!
De plus les matelas étaient énormément tachés. Nous sommes en colère. Ce n'est pas acceptable de louer un tel lieu!

Bij het binnenkomen een echte vochtgeur. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf alle ramen constant laten opstaan om te verluchten.. Is echt krap voor 3 personen. Ook geen plaats om fietsen te zetten. Waren wel heel goede bedden. Alleen de muffe vochtgeur was voor ons een probleem.
