Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious living room/lounge with dining area, with an area of approximately 40m², opening onto the covered terrace. A second small terrace facing west with plancha invites you to relax. The independent kitchen, approximately 9.27m², is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker and oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge-freezer.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom, with cupboard, opens onto the south-facing terrace and offers a 160 cm bed. The second bedroom includes two bunk beds and a 140 cm bed and also gives access to the south-facing terrace. The third bedroom, facing east, is equipped with a 160 cm bed and has an adjoining bathroom. A shower room and separate toilet complete the interior layout. The garden can accommodate up to two cars.
The beautiful covered terrace facing south is a real asset of this villa, offering a much appreciated outdoor living space. All life is organized at the back of the villa, on the garden side, for moments of conviviality and relaxation.
Holidaymakers love to go to Estagnots beach on foot, which is an undeniable advantage. Please note that linen is not included in the rental. Outside of high season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday and a heating package is provided (please contact us). Please also note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
