In a quiet environment and only a few minutes walk from the first beautiful beaches, this house with an area of 165m2 located in Abbartello on the town of Olmeto gathers all the comfort facilities for your holidays with family or friends.
With a capacity of 10 people it consists as follows:
Main floor: An equipped kitchen, a living room with access to the semi covered terrace and equipped for your meals.
A large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet,
Two double bedrooms (bed 160x200) including one with bathroom and adjoining toilet,
A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200.
on the ground floor (independent): a kitchen living room, two bedrooms one with a double bed (140*190) and one with two single bed (90*200)
Upstairs only the rooms are air conditioned, only the main room of the ground floor. Internet connection is available.
The terrace, whose semi-covered area, surrounds part of the house and is also furnished with a garden furniture and barbecue... Nearby you will have access to the private pool and secured by a gate, offering stunning views of the Gulf.
Linen is provided, however, cleaning is not included. If you do not want to do so before your departure we offer you this option at a price of €150 to be paid on site.
Depending on the booking platform you will have to pay on arrival the tourist tax and deposit (consult us for more details).
