The residence is secured by a barrier and numerous parking spaces are available for residents.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a free internet connection.
For your comfort we carry out the cleaning after your departure, on the other hand we will ask you to arrange the furniture possibly moved, to empty the dustbins, to wash and arrange the crockery. Failing this, €100 could be deducted from your deposit.
Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
Upon your arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of €700 and pay, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
