Housing :
This beautiful two rooms ideally located consists as follows:
- a beautiful bedroom with king size bed, large wall cabinet and office corner,
- a living room, with open kitchen, high table, sitting area, convertible sofa
- a large bathroom with Italian shower and toilet,
- a terrace covered with a motorized pergola to protect yourself from the sun but also from screws and a garden
Linen is provided (sheets and towels).
The apartment has air conditioning, a wifi connection, a secure parking space in the basement, washing machine and dishwasher.
We offer a private transport service with driver for a maximum capacity of 8 people. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information or to book this service.
For your comfort we make the cleaning after your departure, however we will ask you to store any moved furniture, empty the trash, wash and store the dishes. Otherwise €100 could be withheld on your deposit.
Animals and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
Upon arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of 500€ and pay, according to the booking platform, the tourist tax.
Arrivals and departures outside contractual schedules are possible independently, consult us for more precision.

A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
