On the ground floor with different levels between the rooms: living room with lounge (TV) and fireplace insert, small kitchen and utility room, laundry room, toilet, bathroom (shower and bathtub) with toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds can be combined to make 1 double bed 180) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160) all have TV.
Toilet with sink.
On the 2nd floor: a large bedroom in the attic (1 double bed 160 and an extra single bed), TV, bathroom and toilet open to the bedroom.
Central heating.
A large games room is set up in an adjoining barn (wood stove): table tennis, table football, board games.
Another closed barn can also accommodate bikes and hiking equipment.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be charged at the end of your stay.
On the road to the highest point of the Monts d'Ambazac, the Puy de Sauvagnac, in the heart of the hamlet of Noueix, the cottage opens, on the south side, onto an enclosed courtyard with covered terrace and on the back a grassy area and enclosed terrace.
Opposite the cottage a large enclosed plot of land with private parking and pétanque ground (15x4).
From the hamlet a hiking trail allows you to reach La Jonchère, la Roche Branlante or Notre Dame de Sauvagnac.

Gîte très confortable. Nous avons très apprécié le salon bibliothèque très cosy, les 2 salles de bains et WC et la bonne literie. Gîte très bien situé pour faire de la randonnée. Parking privé en face du gite.Accueil par la propriétaire. Le gîte était décoré pour Noël. Tout a été fait pour que l'on passe un bon séjour.

Le gîte est plus que confortable et possède tout le matériel pour faciliter un séjour. L'accueil de la propriétaire est parfait. Elle est aimable et toujours prête à rendre service. On ne peut que la remercier. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment familial.

Les températures annoncées pour la semaine devaient dépassées les 35°C alors la propriétaire a acheté spécialement un ventilateur pour la chambre. Cette attention nous a vraiment été utile. Ce petit plus s'ajoute au confort de la maison.
