Very nice spacious and comfortable house of 2 faces in a quiet area in the heights of Collioure with private swimming pool (5m50x3m), close to several hiking paths, equipped for 8 people, including a living room overlooking a terrace, dining room and kitchen with electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, overlooking a patio, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds in 90, one with bathroom/WC, bathroom/WC. Your vehicle will find its place in the garage.
Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be made clean and in good condition. The outing household is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if he wishes, apply for a household benefit 72 hours prior to departure (rate communicated on request)
