Housing : My highlights: air conditioning, 5 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Montpellier, quiet residential area, secured private swimming pool, garden, wifi, south exposure, ... Ideal for a family getaway by the sea, this beautiful villa of about 165 m2 combines comfort and conviviality.
Its neat and warm decoration creates a pleasant setting where everyone can relax and enjoy their stay.
Can accommodate up to 8 people, it is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends, just a few minutes from beaches and shops The spacious and bright living room offers a friendly setting to meet with family or friends.
It features a flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort in any season.
The dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, an American fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms.
The first is a room with bunk beds, ideal for children, but the upper bed is not suitable for children under six years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The second is an air-conditioned, very comfortable master suite with a double bed in 160 cm, a private bathroom and plenty of storage for your comfort.
Upstairs, two beautiful air-conditioned rooms are waiting for you, each with a double bed in 160 cm and plenty of storage.
A bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.
Outside, you will enjoy the magnificent south facing garden, its private swimming pool secured by an electric shutter, with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.45 m, and its terrace equipped with a garden furniture.
The barbecue is at your disposal for delicious outdoor meals.
A washing machine is available in the house.
Pets are not allowed in this house.
Swimming pool dimensions: 7m x 3,50m - depth: 1m10 to 1m45 Please note that the price does not include the rental of sheets and towels and that the cleaning of the end of stay is at your expense.
A deposit of 500€ for the cleaning and 2000€ for the villa will be requested upon arrival (sums not collected or debited, as a guarantee). Free parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.
