Garden level: living/dining room exit to the garden and terrace with barbecue, a bedroom (160 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, a bedroom (160 cm bed) with toilet and sink for comfort. Fully equipped open kitchen, toilet, bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm), a mezzanine opening onto solarium, bathroom with WC.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a large ceiling fan.
For your comfort: wifi, air conditioning in the living room, private parking.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,200 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rate), obligatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
