Housing : 5 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a set of chalets with the appearance of Californian houses integrated in a site with pine trees on 15ha. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from the shops and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle). Guests can enjoy the beautiful lagoon pool of the residence.
Each house has a beautiful terrace and a parking space.
After a few steps, the entrance to the chalet, about 60 m2, opens onto the living room that overlooks its large terrace.
The equipped kitchen is open to the living room, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed, one with a 140 bed, and one with a sofa bed. You will have 2 toilets (one in the bathroom). Enjoy in peace the 2 terraces, the main one facing the living room, the other one at the back of the house to enjoy the first rays of morning sun. For your comfort: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and plates, air conditioning in the living room.
To be settled on site: Security deposit: 700 euros, residence tax. Possibility to rent linen: Double bed : 22 € Single bed : 14 € Towel/pers kit. : €10 Compulsory end-of-stay household: 100 euros Benefits included: MENAGE GASSIN A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
