The living room has a sofa bed (sleeping 140). A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the park. The main room as well as the bedroom are equipped with a fan ceiling.

The apartment is renovated and has free wifi access. A large parking lot is available for tenants, behind the residence. (Places not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have: - an aquatic area with 2 ponds and a water play area for young and old. The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is given to you upon arrival.
