The apartment is very functional and tastefully furnished, it consists of a living room with kitchen opening onto living room, a cabin with comfortable bed 160, a bedroom with 160 bed and equipped with a TV, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

From apartments to the lake, there is only one step, the car can be forgotten. A large parking lot is at the disposal of the tenants, behind the residence (Places not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have: An aquatic area with 2 pools, a swimming pool of 25m, a 15m basin where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and finish a playground for the youngest. The swimming pool is open from April to October , it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a card which is given to you upon arrival. various sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts and half a grassed football field. and for fitness or more physical work, an outdoor fitness area On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children can play safely between friends and friends, since here the pedestrian is king and the cars are confined outside. In Coudalère, everything is planned for a family holiday: your children will enjoy the two playgrounds: a space on the Place de la Martinique for the largest and a space, close to the pool, on the beach of the marine lake for the smallest. 2 km (30 minutes walk), accessible by a wooded path, beautiful and long beaches await you.
