This family-run, passive and ecological village house is ideally located, 200m from all amenities. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This fully renovated 110m2 village house offers the best of the past.
On 3 levels: At the entrance there is a large space for skis, shoes... A separate toilet, a shower room with a washing machine. On the 1st level, a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (no TV!), a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, a mezzanine with a nice small living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in 140. On the 3rd level, a second mezzanine with a relaxing corner, and a "mountain corner" room with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (possibility of making it a double bed). This quiet house is an ideal place for a family stay. ALL DEGRADATIONS WILL BE PREVIOUS ON YOUR CAUTION OF WHICH THE AMOUNT IS ESTABLISHED AT 950 € NO WIFI/TV PAS - Surroundings: The house is a 4-minute walk from shops, restaurants,...(200m) and about 10 minutes walk from the cross-country ski slopes. Shuttle nearby which brings to the various villages and ski resorts Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux.
