The “RESIDENCE TARENTAISE” is located on the main street of Brides les Bains in the heart of shops and restaurants. Ideally located for the summer, 100 meters from the entrance to the thermal establishment; ideally located for the winter, 200 meters from the cable cars giving direct access to Méribel and the 3 Valleys.

Right in the center of Brides-les Bains in a secure residence with caretaker, studio with sleeping area of approximately 30m² without balcony for 4 people facing north on the 1st floor of the residence with elevator.

Entrance with storage cupboards, living room with table, chest of drawers, television, pull-out sofa bed and equipped kitchen area: Dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Weekly rental:
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for year-round spa stays.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of €25 per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).

Seasonal rental:
EDF on statement, laundry, carpet shampoo and cleaning billed to tenants.
