The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life.
It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort. It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this winter, the wellness area is open from 2pm to 7pm, from 6 December 2025 (subject to the opening of the station) and until 10 April 2026, every day except Saturday during the French school holidays and except Thursday outside the French school holidays (forecast dates, except exceptional closures). Key points: - Heart of life of the station - Close to shops and services - Direct access to the snow front and runways - Heated outdoor pool, fitness room and saunas Housing : A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot). This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes). Ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 in the building "Les Colchiques" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, this pleasant T3 with an area of 38 m2 facing north-west is equipped with all the comforts you will need for your stay in the mountain. It has a living room with living-dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette for optimal comfort, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub for a moment of relaxation and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with many accessories for your comfort, including a raclette machine, a crêpeière and not forgetting the TV in the living room for your relaxing evenings. As for sleeping, you will have a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a second bedroom with two single beds 80x190 that you can bring together to create a double bed and a two-person pullaway sofa bed in the living room. For your convenience, the apartment has a private ski box where you can leave and return to skis by foot and a private underground parking space. In addition, the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool will be freely accessible as well as the sauna cabins and fitness area (well-being area open in season only in summer and winter). A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
