Residence : Residence at the foot of the slopes, 50 meters from the first ski lift and 50 meters from the supermarket, exit at the back of the residence, return on skis (subject to snow conditions). Apartments with a simple and warm welcome, each with a ski locker.
Residence equipped with an elevator.

Housing : STUDIO, entirely attic, approximately 16m², 50m from the slopes and ESF, with a skylight, (which can be blocked in the event of heavy snowfall) valley view, EAST exposure, without balcony, on the 6th floor, with elevator to on the 5th floor.
The top floor is to be climbed on foot.
Living room with 1 pull-out sofa bed (2 twin beds) 2*80*190 and 1 comb bed 2*70*190. A kitchen area including 1 2-burner electric hob, a refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Bathroom, bathtub and toilet.
Ski locker on the 2nd floor, with exit at the rear of the building.
The owner does not accept animals.
