Entirely renovated duplex apartment of 42 m² on the 6th and last floor with all the necessary comfort.
- In the living room, a sofa will welcome you for family evenings in front of the TV and a table for 6 people to share all your meals together.
- No bedding in the living room, the sleeping area is upstairs (ceiling height of 1.80 and 1.85m).
You will have 3 sleeping areas with two double beds and two bunk beds. - In the kitchen, you will find: microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster and kettle. - The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with thermostatic fittings, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
The toilets are separate. - From the south-east facing balcony, the view is unobstructed of the mountain, from the Cime de Caron to the Pointe de la Masse. - A spacious private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence. Located in the Silveralp residence in the quietest part of the resort.
Residence completely renovated during the summer of 2015. 10 m from the slopes, accessible to beginners on skis or by lift just opposite the residence, you are also close to shops, daycare, parking, equipment rental companies and 3 ski schools .
Just cross the street to buy the morning croissants! A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
