This charming single-storey house in Régusse measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Sheets and towels are included.

The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and fireplace (not functional) - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) Bedroom 2: two single beds - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin with two drawers, heated towel rail - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An 800 m² garden in grounds planted with evergreen oaks and fenced (gate). - A veranda with furniture - 10 m² terrace with dining area and seasonal barbecue. The house is ideally located in Régusse, in very pleasant surroundings.
In the village, there is a bakery, two bars, a computer repair shop, a proxy, a pharmacy, a seasonal restaurant, a concept store (a place for sharing, board games, entertainment) and a solidarity shop.
Outside the village, there's a small shopping centre with a supermarket, hairdresser, snack bar, etc. Activities : - The mill, the medieval village, the surrounding villages, the markets (night markets in summer)... - The lakes, the Verdon gorges, restaurants and museums. - All water-related activities (fishing, canyoning, sailing, pedalos, electric boats....). - Hiking and cycling Events nearby : - Fête des Moulins in early August - Fête de la Saint-Jean in June - In early May 2024, the Olympic flame will pass close to the village - Var Verdon Trail Canyon in June - NatureMan in early October Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the property (3 vehicles), in the street as well as inside the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Car essential - Nearest train stations: Les Arcs (40 km) and Aix en Provence (95 km) - Nearest airports: Marseille (105 km) and Nice (120 km) Other comments: - There are 3 steps from the front door and 5 on the veranda side. - The fireplace is not working, - Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Sheets and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Le seul soucis concerne la cheminée qui ne fonctionnait pas, alors que nous avions loué exprès une maison avec cheminée pour l'automne.
Pour le reste c'est super, l'emplacement est superbe, au coeur de la forêt, balades à pieds facile. Le ménage était parfait, l'arrivée fluide et la communication avec l'hôte très réactif.

Séjour de 15 jours très agréable. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec une véranda et un terrain clos dont nous avons bien profités. Commerces proches à Régusse. Beaucoup d'activités possibles avec les activités du lac à 25mn et les villages remarquables environnants. C'est un régal entre les sites naturels et patrimoniaux.
