## Space
This 63m2 cabin has a kitchen with all the utensils needed for the gourmets among us. You'll find a fridge, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. The second bedroom has a double bed and dressing area. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 extra people. From the main room, the living room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the small fishermen's port and the sea. Reminder: Access by car to the calanque of Niolon is forbidden during the summer to preserve the environment and tranquillity, you must park your vehicle in the station car park (10 min walk from the flat).

In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels are not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Rate paid includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed will incur an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for the provision of bed linen and towels, this amount must be paid after your booking.

To confirm your booking a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.


## Notes
Arrival in the accommodation is autonomous (self check-in)
The accommodation will only be available from 3pm and we recommend that you arrive before 10pm to benefit from the assistance of our concierge in the event of difficulties on arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 10am.

Nearby (2-minute walk) you will find some very good typical Mediterranean restaurants.

The small port of Le Rove will seduce you with its calm, below the flat.
