The roof terrace flat is also affectionately known as the "cosy nest" due to its size and furnishings. It is located on the upper floor of the right-hand side of the house and can be reached via a wooden staircase. It has a combined living room with sofa, dining area, small fitted kitchen (oven with 4-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.) and small storage room.
The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide box-spring bed (2x 80 cm mattresses), a balcony facing the dyke and has a wonderful view of the marshes to the rear. The shower room with WC is tiled with quarry stone, which gives this bathroom under the roof a special charm. The living room and bedroom are connected via a smaller passage room, which offers additional storage space.
The sauna with shower is located in the separate entrance. (Can be used by 3 residential units in the house for a fee)
The flat with exposed roof beams has a large roof terrace with a view of the marshes and dyke. This flat is equipped with wooden floorboards and is suitable for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed here.

The rental property is available to the tenant from 4 pm on the day of arrival. The rental contract ends on the day of departure please swept clean by 10 am.
The information of the key handover takes place after full payment of the rent. If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 5.00 pm, please contact GOLDE SPO by 4.00 pm!
