The kitchen, with high-quality appliances, is directly adjacent to the living room.
The shower room is generously designed and offers enough space for your toiletries.
The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, ensure restful relaxation. The apartment is equipped with great attention to detail and is wonderfully flooded with light. From the south-facing balcony, you can comfortably look out at the dike. A parking space is available directly at the house.
A maximum of one pet is allowed in this beautiful apartment. The Location Located directly on the dike, you can reach the most beautiful section of St. Peter-Ording beach in less than 2 minutes.
This is also where all major sporting events take place, such as the Kitesurfing World Cup, the Beach Volleyball Tournament, Sand Yachting competitions, and the Kite Festival.
You can relax wonderfully by the water in a beach chair or during long walks on the north beach, and if you are traveling with your children, they have Germany's largest sandbox right on their doorstep. Bed linen is included; towel sets can be booked for an additional charge.
One set for one person consists of: 2 towels and a bath towel.
You are welcome to reorder an interim cleaning or additional bed linen and towel sets for an extra charge during your stay. The rental property is available to the tenant from 4 PM on the day of arrival.
The rental agreement ends on the day of departure; please leave the property broom-clean by 10 AM. Information regarding key handover will be provided after full payment of the rent.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unumstritten grandios. Der Strand (auch der Hundestrand) ist um die Ecke, der Bäcker ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war wie in jedem Jahr super sauber. Tolle Einrichtung und Raumaufteilung. Viel Stauraum.
Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Der Service von Golde und auch die Kommunikation ist ganz toll!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Tolle Ausstattung, schön gestaltet, gute Lage direkt hinter dem Deich und einem schönen Strandanschnitt. Hundestrand nicht weit. Garten zur Straße. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Bäcker, kleiner Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft.
