THE VALLONNET - 204
Le Vallonnet is a new duplex apartment with 4 rooms facing south at the foot of the slopes. It is located on the top floor (access by lift) and offers a clear view of the river and the mountain. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.
The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.
This 75m2 apartment with a 17m2 balcony terrace offers a modern and warm decoration, in order to spend holidays with family or friends for up to 10 people (with the convertible sofa in the living-room).
The equipment of the apartment consists of
First floor
- An entrance with a bench space, coat rack and a cupboard. This entrance opens up a separate toilet and a large bathroom with a large bathtub, a washer-dryer and a second toilet.
- A living room-kitchen of almost 30m2 consisting of a large open kitchen with a bar area and a living room opening onto a 17m2 balcony with panoramic views of the mountains.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small appliances: food processor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, electric citrus press, washing machine. raclette, fondue set ... dishes and kitchen accessories for more than 10 people
An attic living room offers a beautiful volume with direct access to the balcony. It is equipped with 2 sofas including a convertible sofa allowing a real sleeping on a 140 mattress. A connected television completes this living room. The wifi will allow you to access a quality connection.
- A south-facing balcony of 17 m2 with a dream panorama of the mountain, view of the slopes (ideal for the torchlight descent and the fireworks) and the river,
equipped with many tables, chairs and deck chairs.
- A real master bedroom, very bright, with a queen bed, a closet, a private shower room with walk-in shower and a connected TV. Direct access to the balcony terrace.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140*190), shelves for storage. Blind room
Second floor :
Its attic part and its warm decoration give an undeniable charm to this last bedroom. It is composed of a double bed 140 x 190 and a bunk bed allowing 2 additional beds of 90 x 190 (sleeping high up is prohibited for children under 6 years old) as well as a cupboard where there are games. The apartment has a heated ski room at the entrance to the residence as well as one private parking space 50m from the residence.
