The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) This room opens onto the 14m2 balcony facing East DOUBLE ROOM : On the first level of the apartment, you will find a master suite with shower room (160*200 bed) and a double bedroom (140*190 bed), both facing East.
BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM & WC: In addition to the bathroom with Wc on the 1st level, you will find a second bathroom on the 2nd level The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for hosting a group of friends (up to 6 people).
On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and 1 parking space in the closed basement of the residence.
