It is located on the edge of the "Seegarten", an old park where a hotel used to be. A large sunbathing lawn and tall, old trees invite you to relax and unwind.

Equipped for 2 people with underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. The large windows face south and south-east, the small windows in the bathroom and kitchen face north. The furnishings are high quality. TV and music system with Bluetooth, as well as free WLAN. Spacious, cosy sofa corner.

A staircase leads to the separate bedroom on the top floor with an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a private car parking space. Due to the open internal staircase, it is not suitable for small children or wheelchair users. We are in favour of tolerance and want guests who respect diversity.

The spacious, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, dishwasher, cooker, extractor fan and the necessary small appliances such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. The flat is a non-smoking flat! If you want to smoke, please smoke on the balconies.

You can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Late arrivals are also possible thanks to the key safe. Final cleaning, bed linen, tea towels, bath mats and 1 set of towels per person are included. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is charged separately and paid to the municipality.
