Your holiday apartment "Idylle am See" is located on the 1st floor of a listed medieval townhouse on a quiet side street of the island.

It is idyllically situated on the shore of Lake Constance in the former tanners' quarter.

The charming holiday apartment is 60 sqm and features two separate bedrooms. Your holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with an individual mix of original furniture from the last century and current design.

The furnishings harmonize with the original terracotta tiled floor in the living and kitchen area, which keeps the apartment cool even during the summer months.

Both bedrooms are equipped with old real wood floors.

Due to its nature, the apartment is not barrier-free. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen in the living area features an electric stove with an oven, a fridge-freezer combination, and a dishwasher.

Enjoy your coffee from the DeLonghi portafilter coffee machine or a traditional filter machine.

A milk frother, kettle, and toaster complete the amenities for a cozy breakfast on the balcony with a lake view. A modern touch is provided by the newly designed bathroom with a shower, as well as the separate shower toilet.

A washing machine is available for shared use on the ground floor. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm).

The second bedroom has a bunk bed measuring 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and 90 x 200 cm (top).

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Due to the special location of the apartment in Fischergasse, you can reach bakeries and organic food stores as well as cafes and restaurants within a few steps. The property is located directly on the lake shore with a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the mountains opposite.

The property has direct access to the lake.

Our guests have the opportunity to walk through the owners' garden to swim directly in the lake or refresh themselves briefly. However, we ask for your understanding that staying in the garden itself – for guests as well as for dogs – is not intended. Experience Lindau at its most beautiful even in the off-season! In winter, the romantic Lindau Christmas market by the harbor entices with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties, and cozy market stalls directly on the shores of Lake Constance.

You also benefit from practical connections to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and Allgäu – thanks to direct train connections, you can be on the slopes in no time and enjoy the perfect combination of Lake Constance and Alpine flair without travel stress. Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, shower, and dish towels, as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene items.

The final cleaning, bed linen, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. Important notes: Dogs are allowed in this accommodation for an extra charge.

Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week are possible, and thanks to the available key safe, late arrivals are not a problem.

The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can conveniently drive up to the front door for loading and unloading.
