Surrounded by mature trees, this idyllic retreat can be found in Kressbronn.
The newly renovated, ground-floor 3-room non-smoking apartment offers ample space for families or couples of friends.
The light-filled holiday domicile is located very close to the lake but away from the tourist hustle and bustle during the summer months.
Just a few minutes' walk separates you from Lake Constance, the listed Bodan shipyard site, and the Bodan Promenade, which offers gastronomic and cultural highlights. The special master bedroom with Spanish-style furniture and deep blue blackout curtains promises dreamlike holiday moments.
The spacious garden is directly accessible from the bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower is located next to the bedroom.
The second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower is equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together if needed.
This bedroom offers direct access to the apartment's inner courtyard. Enjoy your holiday days cozily on the terrace or actively playing with the children in the garden.
From the bright and modernly equipped living room with TV, you have an excellent view of both.
A special feature of this property is the sunny inner courtyard with sun loungers, where you can retreat as you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.
The provided appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, and fridge-freezer combination will help you organize your stay perfectly. The Ferienwohnung Galerie Rosenstraße is located just a few meters from the lakeside promenade.
The property offers bicycle parking spaces and a parking space on the premises. With us, you can check in and check out 7 days a week.
Due to the available key safe, late arrivals are also possible without any problems.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and 1 set of towels per person per week are included.
Additional sets consisting of hand/bath towels can be easily booked. The visitor's tax is calculated separately and paid to the municipality.

Sehr gute Lage, gemütliches Haus, ausgesprochen sauber. '
