Apartment Jouvenceaux 40, in a Renovated 1800s Alpine Hut, is located in the charming village of Jouvenceaux.
Just a short walk, 300 meters (3 minutes on foot), will take you to the Jouvenceaux-Sportinia Chairlift departure point.
Within 1 km (15-20 minutes on foot), you'll reach the town center, where you'll find all the shops, activities, and services. On the first floor (plus attic), the accommodation consists of a living room with a dining area and kitchen, equipped with a kitchenette and dishwasher. The hallway leads to two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. A staircase from the hallway leads to the characteristic attic with a balcony and fireplace, featuring an additional sofa bed. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility to connect to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts). Ski Box on the Ground Floor. The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the accommodation owner and the cost of ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, is not included.
