The "Hafenriff" flat house in Sassnitz is located on Hafenstraße and is only about 300 metres from the Baltic Sea and the town harbour. It is just as close to the Jasmund National Park with its extensive beech forests. The infrastructure of the town of Sassnitz is within easy walking distance. There are supermarkets and shops nearby, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. An Asian restaurant is located directly in the house.

The cosy flat with loft character is located in the rear building in the quiet inner courtyard of the flat house "Hafenriff".
It offers 92 square metres of living space for 4 people on the 1st floor and has a roof terrace.
There are two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 200) and large wardrobes with full-length mirrors. Bedroom 2 has two very spacious beds (140 x 200) and wardrobes.
The living room with TV and radio offers guests a cosy sofa area and a large dining table for up to 8 people.
The bright and modern fitted kitchen is integrated into the living area and has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The spacious, bright bathroom with windows has a large corner bathtub, a separate shower, WC and washbasin.
WLAN is available in the flat.
The flat has a roof terrace with garden furniture.
A car parking space does not belong to the flat. Our recommendation: Use the large public car park at the city harbour, which is only about 200m away.
Or you can look for a public parking space in the area. Directly in front of the house there is a parking strip on Hafenstraße, where you can park by the hour (with a parking disc), so that loading and unloading is easy. There is a bicycle stand in the courtyard.
